data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Avianca, as jointly liable.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The purpose of this action is to process the claim for corresponding compensation for the damages caused to users.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":120,\"335559739\":120}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The process is being managed in the Civil Jurisdiction under the file number 05615310300120230006800 in the First Civil Court of the Rionegro Circuit.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":120}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In accordance with the provisions of Article 55 of Law 472 of 1998 \u2014Collective Actions Law\u2014, persons who are interested in becoming part of the group may register under the terms and conditions established by said law.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":120}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Likewise, those who wish to opt out of the collective
